We keep an eye on patterns that can suggest things aren't going so well — spending repeatedly running right up to your limit, sudden jumps in ticket purchases, frequent requests to adjust limits, or signs of distress in messages to our team. When we spot something concerning, we'll get in touch to talk through your options, and we may apply protective limits to your account if that's the right thing to do.

The rules we work to

  • 18+ only. We carry out age-verification on all accounts.
  • £250/month credit-card cap. Credit cards aren't accepted on instant wins.
  • Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off; decreases are immediate.
  • Temporary suspensions are 6 months minimum; you can also pause for shorter periods.
